Pattaya Beach
Pattaya Beach is parallel to city centre and stretches from South Pattaya up to the famous walking street. Along Beach Road are value-for-money shopping malls and market stalls, a huge variety of restaurants, endless sports and leisure activities, and, of course, the bars and nightclubs. There are a few islands that are accessible by speedboat in less than 15 minutes and by ferry taking about 45 minutes, the main one being 'Ko Larn' known as the 'Coral Island'. Many of the islands have public beaches and offer scuba diving activities.
Underwater World Pattaya
Underwater World Pattaya is a leisure attraction showcasing the rich variety of marine life found around the region. It is situated in an enclosed area that resembles a tunnel that has been constructed in the depths of seas. With a 100-metre-long acrylic pedestrian tunnel, this attraction features over 4,000 marine animals, encompassing more than 200 different species from the area as well as some rare creatures from abroad. Opening Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily (last admission 5.30 p.m.)
Sanctuary of Truth
The Sanctuary of Truth is constructed purely from wood using traditional Thai woodworking techniques and is a leading landmark in Thailand. There are four wings, each dedicated to different styles of philosophy and art, leaving visitors awe struck by the attention to detail of these carvings and the realization that the whole construction is carved from wood. There is also a dolphin show in the lagoon a couple times a day. Sanctuary of Truth (Prasat Sut Ja-Tum) is open for sightseeing for the tourists and local travelers on all days in a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Flight Of The Gibbons
Just about an hour drive from Pattaya is the Wildlife sanctuary, 'Flight of the Gibbons', famously known as the first ever zip line tour in Thailand as it allows you to experience the beauty and majesty in this jungle rainforest while you engage in fun and enjoyable adventures. Across 3 kilometers and 26 platforms peaking over tree tops to offer spectacular views of the ocean as you glide down through the canopy of the rainforest.
Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden
The Botanical Garden is situated on a 500-acre land in the town of Chonburi, and focuses on Southeast Asian, Tropical American and Central Africa species of Cycads, but a collection of almost every species can also been seen here. The garden is very famous for its cache of various kinds of fascinating and impressive Thai cultural and traditional dance shows. A culture and elephant show can be seen while taking a rest from your stroll through the magnificent surroundings.
Mini Siam
Mini Siam had been started to research the project in 1985, and had been constructed in 1986 with more 29 Rais which separated to be Mini Siam, and Mini Europe. For the rest area, there are the Booking Halls, the Souvenir Shops for lease, and the Parking Lots. The Democracy Monument in Bangkok was the first model to build.
Thai Alangkarn Theater
At the heart of THAI ALANGKARN THEATER is the “Theater”, a state-of- the-art theater that can entertain 2000 guests. It is decorated in a Modern-Thai Style inclusive of a 70 meters length Hexa stage, two large 11 x 15 meters screens, and a 50 meter water screen for presenting “The Thai Extravaganza Show” in a PANORAMIC CONCEPT with the combination of multi-dimension techniques of presentation, such as Pyrotechnics, Multi-Color Laser Show, Real Surround Sound System and more.
The Million Years Stone Park & Pattaya Crocodile Farm
The Million Years Stone Park and Crocodile Farm was founded by Khun Suan Phanomwattanakul, a businessman who loves nature and has a life objective to preserve the beautiful nature and fine culture of Thailand.
It contains much more than what its name suggests. It is not only a living museum of curious and beautiful things of all the three kingdoms-animal, vegetable and mineral, but it also offers you several kinds of amusing and exciting shows.
Pattaya Floating Market
Pattaya Floating Market was opened to the public in November 2008.The area of Pattaya’s latest attraction which is situated on an approximately area of 100,000 square meters. It is divided into 4 separate parts, each with its own unique location, represents the four regions of Thailand: Northern -, Central -, North-Eastern and Southern region and offering a special blend of differing traditions.
Tiffany's Show Pattaya
Tiffany’s Show Pattaya is The Original Transvestite Cabaret show in Pattaya and Thailand and is now in its 37th year: Originating as a one man show performed for friends on New Year’ Eve in 1974. Tiffany’s Show is a household word in Thailand and Asia as well as around the world. Ice bar at Amari Nova suite
Do you like cold weather? ice bar next to the main entrance and, although it costs 500 Bahts (currently USD15) to enter, is worth visiting for the experience of sitting in a bar made of ice at -5 degrees drinking free Absolute vodka shots (as many as you can drink) for the first 20 minutes. This is a cool a place to literally chill out at subzero temperatures! With everything made out of crystal clear ice the bar is kept atminus 5 degrees all year round, but still the hottest bar in town.
